Zakir naik is an indian orator on islam and comparative religions. He was born on 18 October 1965 in Mumbai, India. Zakir Naik studied at Topiwala National Medical College and Nair Hospital and later the University of Mumbai, where he obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS).

Naik has held many debates and lectures around the world. Dr. Zakir Naik's most popular debate include his debate with William Campbell in Chicago in April 2000 on the topic of "The Qur'an and the Bible: In the Light of Science" and with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Bangalore on jan 21, 2006 about the concept of God in Islam and Hinduism.


Being studied and trained in english language, most of his lectures are in english.Very few times Dr. Zakir Naik has given lectures in urdu.
